Good morning!!
I lucked out this morning because my biochem lab and class got cancelled!! However, I was already up and done with my workout before receiving the email, so I decided to get some errands done before Nemo hits.
When I got back from the gym, I made myself a new-to-me breakfast that’s similar to my oats. A couple weeks ago, I picked these up at whole foods to try them out:
I decided to first try them out for breakfast. Next, I’ll try them in some baking experiments
I made my usual oats – just minus the oats and + the quinoa flakes. I mixed in a 1/3 cup lactaid cottage cheese and blueberries and topped it with some sunflower butter and granola. Cup of coffee on the side obv
This was definitely a yummy high protein breakfast – great for after my early morning strength workout
Can’t wait to try this new product in some baking projects!
I’m off to do some homework, run errands, and relax on this day off
