Gooood morning from DC!
Gee and I arrived here yesterday afternoon and immediately stopped at the Rock n Roll race expo. It was awesome! So many companies there! I was able to pick up race swag bag and bib which has gotten me super excited for Saturday! 
We spent the rest of the day at my families house catching up with everyone and relaxing. Enjoyed a GREAT dinner and a fun night out
On the agenda today is some “sight seeing” in the city and lots if relaxation and hydrating tonight
